Group Healing and Guided Meditation with Laurie Thorp

Shame can be one of the most debilitating feelings for many of us. Shame holds us hostage, so we can't access our authentic expression. It slams doors shut. In this group healing and guided meditation, we're going to open the doors to the places inside where we hold shame, and bring it forth for purification.

We'll reconvene the following Tuesday night (February 17th) at 7:00pm ET for an optional Debrief/Q&A,

The Sunday session will be recorded and shared with all registered attendees, to view again or to participate if you were unable to join on day of the group healing. The Tuesday Debrief/Q&A will not be recorded.
